Shipping
Domestic:
We currently ship all products Priority Air Mail to U.S. locations. Current estimated delivery time is 7 to 14 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Furniture merchandise is available for shipping to Southeast Alaska destinations only.
International:
At this time we ship to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Great Britain, and Germany via Global Express Mail or Global Priority Mail. Current estimated delivery time is 10 to 28 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Some items are available to U.S. destinations only.
*Any duties, customs fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the receiving party, not Tongass Trading Co.
*All shipping charges include insurance.
*Any shipping coupons and promotions are not valid for international shipping destinations.
*All orders must include your phone number to be processed.
Rate Information
We provide flat rate shipping and flat rate handling for orders up to 10 lbs. in the U.S. and Canada, and up to 4 lbs. to all other international locations. For shipping orders above these weights there will be an additional charge. Your order total including shipping and handling will be sent to you via e-mail before your transaction is finalized. Shipping and handling rates are per order, shipping to one address.

Furniture Rates
Furniture can only be shipped to southeast Alaska. There is a $35.00 Flat rate to you S.E. Alaska barge line dock- no matter how much you buy!
