1. Add 2 cups of cold water and one package of the dried berries to the pancake mix.
2. Stir for about 15-20 seconds.
3. Scrape down sides and stir for about 15 seconds more.
4. Pour batter onto a preheated griddle. 
5. Bake for about 1 minute and flip (just once).
6. Serve them up for a great start for any morning.
