Shipping & Delivery


Our shipping and handling fees are based on the subtotal of your order. We do this because shipping from an island can be very expensive. All orders are being processed within 1-5* days of being received. 

*Due to current staffing conditions, processing times may be longer than 1-5 days. We thank you for your patience as we work hard to process all orders in a timely manner. 

Please note that these shipping rates are for orders placed on our website only. All orders placed in-store or over the phone will be charged a base shipping and handling fee of $49.99 for domestic orders.


We ship all products Priority Mail via USPS. Our shipping and handling fees are based on the following breakdown:

Orders Under $25.00 = $10.00 Shipping

Orders $25.00 to $49.99 = $19.99 Shipping

Orders $50.00 to 99.99 = $24.99 Shipping

Orders $100.00 or more = $29.99 Shipping

*Please note that additional shipping and handling charges may apply to larger and/or heavy orders. These rules still apply during free shipping promotions due to the weight/bulkiness of these items. We will contact you if your order requires an additional shipping and handling fee. This will be due to the weight/bulkiness of some items such as our 2-tone jackets, block and bowl ulus, and other heavier items.

2-Tone Reversible Jackets:

5-9 Jackets: +$20.00 ($49.99 total shipping & handling)

10-14 Jackets: +$30.00 ($59.99 total shipping & handling)

15-19 Jackets: +$50.00 ($79.99 total shipping & handling)

20+ Jackets: To be determined on a case-by-case basis

Block and Bowl Ulus:

7-13 Ulus: +$20.00 ($49.99 total shipping & handling)

14+ Ulus: To be determined on a case-by-case basis


The current estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) once shipped.


Canadian Orders

After careful consideration and evaluation of various factors, we regret to inform you that, effective January 23, 2024, we will be suspending the fulfillment of orders destined for Canada. This decision was not made lightly, and we understand the inconvenience it may cause to our Canadian customers.

Please be assured that this decision is not a reflection of our appreciation for your business. Unfortunately, due to changes in logistical and operational considerations, we have had to make adjustments to our shipping and fulfillment capabilities.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your understanding during this period. We hope to resume order fulfillment for our Canadian customers in the near future.
